Delivery

Currently deliveries across Australia are unpredictable.

If you have a preferred delivery date, please indicate this at the checkout and we will do our best to have it arrive on that date.

External delivery partners do not offer delivery on weekends, however we may be able to accommodate Sydney customers where possible if needed.

UPDATE (as of 29th of August, 2020):

Current average estimated delivery times during August & September 2020

  • NSW: 1 to 2 days longer (remote/rural areas)
  • VIC: (VIC Deliveries have become very unpredictable and we ask that you please be patient as the delivery networks are overloaded)
  • Melbourne CBD – 1 to 2 days longer
    • Metro Melbourne – 3 to 4 days longer
    • Rural Victoria – 5 to 6 days longer
  • SA: 1 to 2 days longer (remote areas)
  • QLD: 1 to 2 days longer (far north & remote/rural areas)
  • WA: 4 to 5 days longer (remote/rural areas)
  • TAS: 1 to 2 days longer (remote areas)
  • NT: 6 to 7 days longer (remote/rural areas)

Photo ID will be requested for Cocktail Gift Box deliveries including alcohol.

We use a variety of Australia Post Express Post, Couriers and on occasion, we may deliver ourselves depending on location and size of order.

If your gift is returned for incorrect address, a redelivery fee of $20 will be payable.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date, especially in peak seasons and during the current situation, however we will always do our best.

Refunds and Returns

As our products are made to order, no returns or refunds are applicable.

If your gift has arrived defective or damaged, please email us @ info@cocktailstoyou.com.au immediately with a photo of the damaged goods and we will address the situation as soon as possible.
